UNION SQUARE— Thursday night Joe's 13th Street location is hosting a Latte Art Throwdown to benefit the Red Cross: "Baristas will have a single opportunity to wow the judges with their latte art skills. Judges will include Time Out New York Eat Out editor Gabriella Gershenson and Counter Culture Coffee's Katie Carguilo; the event’s emcee will be Adam Roberts of The Amateur Gourmet.
